With over 20 years experience in the industry, Lee has received numerous awards for his dedication from both professional and civic organizations such as The Children's Museum of Rhode Island, Rhode Island Advertising Club and Bank Association of America.
As an international marketing communications consultant, Lee has helped former eastern block companies establish their identity and corporate visibility in a free market system. For example, Lee provided Fabricolor Vuos, and Chemcolor, manufacturers of additives, pigments and dyes, with extensive strategic planning resulting in the creation of an integrated package of communications tools. Lee was also instrumental in helping the first Pardubice Marathon receive recognition as an Olympic qualifying event.
Lee has also played a key role in the marketing of Cookson plc consisting of Cookson Electronics, Plastics and Chemicals. In addition his knowledge and reputation has help international companies such as Fraunhofer Center for Computer Graphics Research make an impact in the United States.

A graduate of Arizonta State Univsersity, Jennifer Bostick worked with several in-house design departments before being recruited by the Anvil88 art studio in Phoenix. With design background including illustration and photography, Jennifer played a critical role in establishing Anvil88's reputation fro cutting-edge creative After twp years designing for th sports, financial management, technology and recording industries, Jennifer relocated to New England. In addition to serving as creative director for Citizens Fiancial Group, Jennifer founded Watermark Design in 2002. Since making it her focal point in May of 2004, she has built a studio where exceptional creative is both a passion and a standard. Jennifer's management skills. technical expertise and quality creative out put have been invaluable to her clients, large and small.
Margaret E. Thomas
She is a marketing communications professional specializing in health care, business to business and consumer services. Thomas develops and implements creative marketing solutions to meet today's business challenges.
Currently, she provides marketing, market research, communications and public relations services to such diverse clients as the Rhode Island Department of Health; Rhode Island Cancer Council; Anvil International; Jewish Geriatric Services and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of RI.Thomas is a marketing MBA with more than 18 years of successful marketing experience in both the profit and nonprofit sectors. She has been a marketing and communications consultant since 1993. From 1990 to 1993, Thomas was Director of Corporate Communications for Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, RI. At Roger Williams, she developed and implemented marketing, advertising and public relations plans for the Medical Center and its services: the Hospital, nursing home and Cancer Center. While in this capacity she implemented a name change, logo and new graphic identity program. Her marketing efforts resulted in a 40% increase in oncology admissions, increased revenue and increased awareness. Prior to holding this position, Thomas was publications and communications manager for Rhode Island Group Health Association (RIGHA), now known as Harvard Community Health Plan of New England.
She also has an extensive background in sports marketing, having spent two years working in Major League Baseball for the Commissioners office, as well as in the minor leagues and also the New York Yankees and New York Mets.
National and regional awards for work include a "Best of Show" award in Supershow for a communications and design package for RIGHA; a certificate of merit from Healthcare Marketing Report for the RIGHA 1988 Annual Report; and a gold award in the collateral-brochure category from the American Land Development Association (ALDA) for a brochure created for the The Wellington. Thomas received her MBA from Ohio University and her BA from Brown University.
